SHORT BIOGRAPHY

  1. Evelina Danielsson Valladares is the Senior Sustainability Manager at Copenhagen Fashion Week (CPHFW), responsible of managing the organization’s work within sustainability, with a core focus driving sustainability efforts and fostering partnerships in the industry through CPHFW’s Sustainability Requirements framework.
  2. Thao Vu founded the sustainable fashion label KILOMET109 in 2012. The brand’s style reflects an elegant interplay between Western and Eastern influences. By blending simple flattering silhouettes with a sophisticated color palette, and adding in subtle touches of Vietnamese heritage, Kilomet109 creates designs that are fresh and innovative. The brand has been working with several craft communities across Viet Nam including the vulnerable ethnic minorities groups to source handmade fabrics, create natural dyes, and apply traditional techniques to create modern pieces. This has provided a valuable source of extra income for women in these communities and has helped incentivize the preservation of fading traditions.
  3. Nguyen Lien Chi joined ELLE Vietnam in 2012 as Fashion editor, and became the Editorial director in 2021. Commitment to Sustainability is also an area on which Lien Chi has built her ground in the industry. Along with her team, Lien Chi has spearheaded a long-term journey on sustainability, making ELLE the first fashion title in Vietnam to talk about Sustainable fashion. Since then Lien Chi and ELLE Vietnam have embarked on various Sustainability projects including ELLE Fashion Journey, the annual Green Issue, collaboration projects with various brands.
  4. Alexandra Mornet is the Director of Sustainability Crafting & Supply at Pandora. With over 15 years of experience in sustainability and supply chain management, across Europe and Asia, she is driving Pandora’s sustainability ambition and initiatives for their manufacturing sites and supply chain worldwide. Her leadership focuses on integrating sustainable practices into the company’s operations, ensuring ethical sourcing, and promoting environmental stewardship.
